R.I.P. Sly 1/15/09

Today is truly a sad day for us.  After what seemed to be a brief illness, we helped our beloved Sly pass into the hereafter.  He fought a valiant battle to the end and left this world knowing he was truly loved.   He was a wonderful friend and companion, and we will all miss him terribly.  We will never forget his beautiful face and loving temperment.   Sly was my "baby doll" and always will be.  He lived a good life and gave us countless hours of pleasure and comfort.

If you're reading this and have a pet, go give it a hug and some kisses.  It seems we all are a bit guilty of taking our pets for granted. 

R.I.P. Sly .. we will love you and miss you always.

Autumn in New England

I just returned from a fabulous week in New Hampshire and Maine.   I joined my good friends, Mike and Rita, for this perfect autumn vacation and we had a blast.  We did some hiking and sightseeing and, of course, shot tons of new images.  The scenery was beautiful and the leaves were at peak color.  I'd highly recommend a few days in New England during Autumn to rejuvenate the spirit.  Please enjoy some images from this trip in my photo gallery.
